At Olivia Jean, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only and must be returned in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or credit.
